The kids absolutely loved the children's play area, it kept them entertained for hours! The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi, which was a huge bonus as the kids could surf the web and watch their favorite shows online.

My wife says that having a larger dining area would be great for families with children.

our stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. the room had a charming vintage feel and offered stunning alp views from the windows. the helpful staff provided us with a free adapter for our electricals, and the effective air conditioning ensured a comfortable and quiet stay. there was convenient parking available under the hotel, adding to our peace of mind.

The location of the hotel was very convenient close to the shops and restaurants and also convenient to drive up to Val Tournanche and to Cervinia to ski. Convenient garage parking under the hotel.

My main criticism is that my room smelled of smoke when I arrived. It is against the law now to smoke inside buildings/hotels etc in Italy but the room had an ash tray in it which will surely encourage some guests to smoke inside the privacy of their rooms.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a small town and had a great experience. The hotel, De La Ville, was lovely with a charming old-style room that had a view of the alps from its windows. The air-conditioning worked perfectly and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even provided me with a German/Italian adapter for free when I needed it. The hotel also offered parking, which was convenient and secure. The room was clean and had a fridge for storing perishables. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner at a nearby restaurant called Petit Bijou. a wonderful stay at De La Ville.

The hotel was well situated and we found the staff and owners extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the ambience of the hotel and was great value for money.

We had a fantastic stay right on the pedestrian street in the city center. Our room was bright and comfortable, with a spacious and clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, even providing us with a converter for our electronics. The breakfast offered a good selection, and the coffee was great. The location was perfect, with all the amenities close by. We especially loved the view of the Alps from our window. The hotel also had secure parking, which was a plus for us.

The shower hose in our room leaked, and the shower head needed replacing.

Position of hotel was good, in the centre of the town which is very pretty.

Our children, under 12 years old, had a blast exploring the Kids Play Zone. It was a fun and safe place for them to let loose and burn off some energy after a day of sightseeing. The free Wi-Fi kept everyone connected and entertained throughout our stay.

The hotel's location is ideal, right in the heart of the bustling pedestrian street, making it easy to access the town's facilities. The service provided by the staff has been satisfactory, and the room is clean with comfortable beds and a great view of the surrounding hills.

The parking situation was discouraging, and we had to find alternative parking further away from the hotel.

The staff was very help- and thoughtful. The hotel was clean and cosy. Breakast was really good and the staff taking care of it took very well in to account customers wishes. Great hotel!

Pleasant, luxurious single room, with broad bed (140 cm), balcony and bathroom with bad. Quiet, clean and nice view from the balcony. Kind staff.

The hotel is located right in the centre of town, on the pedestrian street. This makes it convenient for exploring the local area and accessing shops and restaurants. the rooms are clean and there is a good mountain view from some of the windows. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing necessary adapters and assistance when needed.

One downside is that the internet access is limited and requires a code and cable from the front desk.
